Reconstructed and estimated in vivo K_p,uu,brain values of the six compounds in cynomolgus monkeys

The reconstructed K_p,uu,brain values were calculated as the reciprocals of the reconstructed K_p,brain ratios (see Table 2) using eq. 5. The in vivo K_p,uu,brain values were estimated from the f_u,plasma and f_u,brain (homogenate + pH partition model) values and the observed K_p,brain values in cynomolgus monkeys (see Tables 1 and 3) using eq. 4. Each value represents the mean ± S.E.M. The S.E.M. was calculated according to the law of propagation of error.
