Binding test of the anti–6-MAM mAb
The binding specificity was tested in vitro by incubating the anti–6-MAM mAb with different opiates (0.1 µM) followed by size-based (30 K) separation of mAb-bound and free opiate fractions (n = 3–5). Controls were not added mAb but followed the same procedure with size-based filtration. Data are expressed as average ± S.E.M.
