Persistence and reassertion concentration ratios for β2-AR agonists at the β2-AR determined in a LANCE cAMP detection assay
In cAMP persistence and reassertion studies, a concentration ratio (CR) was calculated by dividing either the agonist washout EC50 (for the persistence CR) or agonist washout + sotalol EC50 (for the reassertion CR) by the control agonist EC50. Data are presented as the geometric mean (95% confidence limit) for four separate determinations.
