C2C12 cells in a 10-cm dish were incubated with 100 μM RSV, 3G-RSV, or 4′G-RSV for 12 hours, after which RSV or glycosyl RSVs were extracted from culture medium (extracellular fraction) and cell pellets (intracellular fraction) and were separated by HPLC. Values are the mean ± S.E.M. (nmol). n = 3.
