Effect of H2-RAs on gastric lesions induced by IND in rats

IND (10 mg/kg p.o.) was administered after a 16-h fast, and gastric lesions were measured 24 h after IND administration. H2-RAs were given orally twice, 30 min before and 6 h after IND. Data represent mean ± S.E.M. (n = 7 rats).
