Echothiophate challenge of wild-type mice

The 1× LD50 for echothiophate was 100 μg/kg s.c. The time interval between the first and second dose of echothiophate was 3 h, and between the second and third dose was 4 h. Animals that survived three doses were treated with a fourth dose the next day, approximately 18 h after the third dose. BChE activity is the activity in plasma before treatment with the first dose of echothiophate.
