Inhibitory effects of JTT-130 and its metabolite (M1) on TG and CE transfer activities of human intestinal MTP

TG or CE transfer activities were determined by measuring [¹⁴C]TG or CE transferred from donor SUVs to acceptor SUVs by human intestinal MTP. The IC₅₀ value was calculated in a semilogarithmic proportional manner from the two points enclosing 50% inhibition. Each value represents the mean ± S.D. from three independent experiments.
