Genes encoded by transcripts that were significantly altered in mouse striatum after chronic pharmacological inhibition of PDE10A activity, after correction for multiple comparisons

A comparison between PDE10A KO and WT striatum for each pharmacologically regulated gene is shown with the associated FDR corrected p value and fold change. Significant changes across treatments are underlined. No significant pharmacologically induced differences were observed after TP-10 treatment in the PDE10A knockout animals, consistent with the specificity of these effects via PDE10A inhibition. Genes represented in bold were reported to be cAMP-responsive genes by Zhang et al. (2005).
