The effects of IVM and ethanol on ATP-gated currents in P2X4Rs are nonadditive
Comparison of the data expressed as percent potentiation of ATP-induced currents either by different combinations of ethanol and IVM (experimental) or mathematical addition of the individual effects of the two drugs (estimated). Significant differences between the two groups were found: *, P < 0.05; **, P < 0.01. Data are presented as mean ± S.E.M. of 5 to10 oocytes per data point.
