Fold change relative to the wild-type D4 receptor is indicated in parentheses with down arrows (↓) indicating a decrease in KD value (higher relative affinity) and up arrows (↑) indicating an increase in Bmax value (increased relative receptor density). Significance relative to the wild-type D4 receptor was determined by one-way ANOVA with Dunnett's post hoc (*, P < 0.05).
