Effects of TMK688 or pranlukast on gastric acid secretion in normal mice
Acid secretion was measured in pylorus-ligated mice for 2 h under normal conditions. TMK688 (30 mg/kg) or pranlukast (3 mg/kg) was given intraduodenally immediately after the pylorus ligation. Data are presented as the mean ± S.E.
