Rolipram induces pica in a dose-dependent manner Rats were separated into individual cages with access to food and clay pellets, and acclimated to the new conditions for 72 h. After the acclimation period, the clay weight was measured. Rolipram or vehicle was administered and the clay reweighed 24 h later.
