Effect of a single treatment with HE3286 on LPS-induced NF-κB activation in vivo ICR mice were treated with HE3286 (40 mg/kg) by intraperitoneal injection in vehicle (HERF202) or with vehicle alone, 0.5 h after mice were challenged with 500 μg (intraperitoneally) of LPS (time 0). At 1.5 h after the LPS challenge, animals were sacrificed, and NF-κB activation was evaluated. Data are expressed as mean NF-κB A.U. ± S.D.
