Comparative antiproliferative activities of trans-resveratrol and HST-1
Inhibition of proliferation of the U937 and K562 cell lines by trans-resveratrol and HST-1 were studied by the WST-1 assay as described under Materials and Methods.
IC50 values of trans-resveratrol and HST-1 represent their comparative chemopreventive effects on these cells after 48 h of incubation (n = 6).
