Serum and colonic levels of PC-SOD Mice were intravenously administered 12 kU/kg PC-SOD once on day 0 and treated with DSS for 3 days. Blood and colonic tissue samples were taken periodically. The levels of PC-SOD in the samples were determined by ELISA. Values are mean ± S.E.M.
