Pharmacokinetic properties of PAR2 agonists AC-55541 or AC-264613 was administered (10 mg/kg i.p.) to male, Sprague-Dawley rats, and a series of blood samples were taken at various intervals over 24 hours and analyzed for the presence of each compound. Parameters are the averages ± S.E.M. from three different animals.
