Transcytosis of 125I-peptides across BBCEC monolayers was measured for 1 h
Peptides were added to the apical side of BBCEC. After 1 h, the amount of 125I-peptides in the lower compartment was quantified. The amount in the lower compartment was compared with that added to the apical side (initial value) and expressed as the percentage of transcytosis. Data represent the means ± S.D. obtained from at least three different filters for each peptide.
