Effect of sHDL on TNFα and 6-keto-PGF1α concentrations Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. (n = 4 for preischemic treatments, n = 3 for treatments at reperfusion). Concentrations of sHDL are expressed as milligram of protein (peptide) per milliliter of buffer. TNFα concentrations are expressed as picograms per milligram of protein for cardiac tissue and as picograms per millimeter for coronary effluent; the concentrations of 6-keto-PGF1α (a stable metabolite of PGI2) were measured in the coronary effluent and expressed as nanograms per milliliter.
