Effect of EGF treatment on RGM-1 cell proliferation
RGM-1 cells were incubated with 10 mg/ml EGF for 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, and 36 h. Cell numbers were counted using hemocytometer, and the S phase of cell cycle of RGM-1 cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. Data were analyzed using ModFit and CellQuest software. Values are means ± S.D. for six samples per group.
