AB  - The concentration of quinacrine in the plasma of rabbits and dogs shows marked variation. There is no significant correlation between the concentration of quinacrine in the plasma and that in the tissues of rabbits and dogs. The concentration of quinacrine in muscle and its ratio to the concentration in the plasma tend to increase in dogs on a constant daily dosage.
