AB  - A comparison of the therapeutic activity of sulfanilamide, sulfapyridine, and diaminosulfone in streptococcus infection in mice has been made by a method which eliminates to a large extent certain errors inherent in the methods in common usage. On the basis of Median Survival Blood Concentrations, the activity ratios are 1.00, 1.09 and 2.92 respectively. A description and discussion of the method used in the comparison is given.
