The use of an anticoagulant is not required, the extent of dissection is minimal and no interruption of the circulation is necessary. Its accuracy as applied to the kidney has been demonstrated by a variety of tests and its use in connection with the kidney does not entail alteration in blood pressure, kidney volume, bloodflow or urine elimination.
