  Fig. 1 Detection of apoptotic cells in CS or air exposed WT and TRX-Tg mice with immunohistochemistry.
  A. Immunohistological stain of ssDNA Cells damaged by acute exposure to CS were stained brown with DAB. Anti-ssDNA Ab was used for detecting apoptosis. Counterstain was performed with Gill�s hematoxylin.
  B. Immunohistological stain of cleaved caspase-3 Cells damaged by acute exposure to CS were stained brown with DAB. Anti-cleaved caspase-3 Ab was used for detecting apoptosis. Counterstain was performed with methylgreen.
  All samples were examined x200 magnification with microscope. Scale bars mean 20 μm.
