DCVC exposure did not result in a cell cycle shift of RPTE cells. RPTE cells were treated with DCVC (0.25 mM). After 8 hrs of incubation, apoptosis was determined using flow cytometry analysis. Plots show a cell cycle distributino and of RPTE cells under control conditions (A) or after treatment with DCVC (B). The percentage of apoptosis was calculated according to the markers.
