ABSORPTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND EXCRETION OF SODIUM FLUOROACETATE (1080) IN RATS

Data are presented which indicate that the rat possesses the capacity for metabolizing sodium monofluoroacetate (1080). Distribution of the 1080 is rather uniform throughout the animal with the exception of a lower liver content usually found.
