d-TUBOCURARINE CHLORIDE AND ENZYME ACTIVITY

d-TbCl in a concentration of 1:10,000 (1.4 x 10-4 M) had essentially no effect on any one of eight enzyme systems: succinic oxidase, D-amino acid oxidase, uricase, true cholinesterase (rat cerebrum), malic oxidase, lactic oxidase, fumarase, and ATPase. These enzyme systems represent a total of fourteen enzymes.
