1. Accumulation of DIT in the fat occurs at every level of intake, down to and including 1 p. p. m. Greater storage is favored in the female.
2. With time there is a progressive rise in storage, reaching a maximum at 19 to 23 weeks.
3. The age of the animal does not appear to affect the rate at which DDT is stored in the fat.
4. From 50 to 75 per cent of the DDT stored in fat still remains one month after a DDT-free diet; 25 per cent remains after three months.
5. Hepatie cell alterations occur from diets containing as little as 5 p.p.m. of DDT.
