THE ANTIDIURETIC EFFECT OF 3-HYDROXY-CINCHONINIC ACID DERIVATIVES

A number of cinchoninic acid derivatives have been examined for their antidiuretic effect in the dog. The 3-hydroxy-2-methyl and 3-hydroxy-2-phenyl-cinchoninic acids have an inhibitory effect on a water diuresis.
