THE HISTAMINE ACTIVITY OF SOME beta-AMINOETHYL HETERO-CYCLIC NITROGEN COMPOUNDS

A series of twenty-four beta-aminoethyl heterocyclic nitrogen compounds has been tested for histamine activity. Eleven of these compounds are active. Some possible relationships between histamine activity and chemical constitution have been discussed.
