1. Anticholinergic spasmolytic compounds may be obtained by replacing the hydrogen atoms of various aminoalkyl acetates by phenyl, cyclohexyl,
-thienyl, or hydroxyl groups.
2. Highly active spasmolytic compounds are obtained with trisubstituted acetates wherein an hydroxyl group is combined with
-thienyl, phenyl or cyclohexyl groups.
3. The unsubstituted acetates of these aminoalcohols are cholinergic (muscarinic).
