STUDIES OF CYCLOPROPANE IV. CARDIAC OUTPUT IN DOGS UNDER CYCLOPROPANE ANESTHESIA

1. The cardiac output has been determined on nine trained dogs while at rest and during cyclopropane anesthesia of moderate and very deep stages.

2. The output increased in nine dogs under moderate surgical anesthesia.

3. The output equaled the normal in four dogs under very deep anesthesia.

4. The output decreased in five dogs under very deep anesthesia.
