THE RENAL EXCRETION OF SULFANILAMIDE

The sulfanilamide clearance in the dog is 20 to 30 per cent of the simultaneously determined creatinine clearance. The clearance of sulfanilamide is independent of plasma level and is increased by increased rate of urine flow.
