THE ESTRIN CONTENT OF SOW OVARIES

An assay of follicular fluid and of corpora lutea from the sow, made according to the technique of Coward and Burn gave the following results: 950 rat units per liter of follicular fluid; 65 rat units per kilogram of corpora lutea.
