An apomorphine-induced vomiting syndrome in dogs was found to be inhibited by stemetil, meclizine, reserpine, amphetamine, possibly systral and exposure to excitant doses of 110 volt electric current. It was not affected by Kolton, Pacatal, homatropine methylbromide, propantheline, cycrimine, methscopolamine, dicyclomine, Schering 1667, pipradrol, hyoscine or atropine. The emetic syndrome was augmented by epinephrine and methantheline.
