THE RENAL TUBULAR SECRETION OF MERSALYL (SALYRGAN) IN THE CHICKEN

Using the renal-portal circulation in hens, the renal excretion characteristics of mersalyl were studied in relation to those of PAH and inulin.

The results obtained are interpreted as indicating active transport of mersalyl.
