EFFECT OF COCAINE ON CARDIAC AUTOMATICITY IN THE DOG

The effect of the administration of epinephrine after cocaine and of the simultaneous injection of cocaine and epinephrine was studied in both conscious and anesthetized dogs. Cocaine was shown to increase the effect of an epinephrine dose on the heart.
